Priory Eden House is excited to welcome a passionate Therapy Lead to our dedicated team! This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, where you can make a real difference in the lives of those seeking recovery from addiction.

Eden House is the flagship service in our new Division of Residential Addictions, branded under “Flourish.” We are proud to offer the first therapy-led residential program designed to help individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviors.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Therapy Lead, you will be an integral part of a compassionate team dedicated to the well-being of our residents. We take a personalized approach, utilizing proven therapies to empower individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling futures. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff, including psychology, therapy, occupational therapy, and assistants.
- Facilitating regular management supervision in line with Priory policy, using a cascade system with other qualified therapists.
- Maintaining a balanced level of patient-facing clinical hours while taking on line management responsibilities.
- Being available for clinical issues, such as managing risk and responding to complex patient needs, in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team.
What You Bring to the Table
Our work is rewarding yet can be challenging, so resilience is key. Your natural empathy will shine as you support others through their journeys. The ideal candidate will:
- Be a registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or an accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP).
- Possess strong leadership skills to guide a diverse therapy team.
- Have a solid understanding of therapy roles in mental health and experience in management supervision.
- Remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Bring experience from a commercial setting, with awareness of cost management and adaptability to changing business needs.
