About the Role
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, in our 8 surgery practice. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-leading patient care in your practice.
- Review, monitor, and plan to achieve income targets, including recruitment, marketing, and patient management.
- Motivate, lead, and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
- Collaborate and influence conversations to drive business priorities.
- Proactively market your practice to attract new patients.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager.
- Manage recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
- Utilize Bupa products and services to maximize revenue.
- Confidently use computer software and communicate effectively via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Previous dental experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from successful managers in other business settings.
