Job Role: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Hours: 27 hours per week

Salary: £19,066 per annum

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing, safe environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development needs.
  • Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements: Desirable
