Key Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-leading patient care to ensure our patients receive the best experience.
- Monitor and plan to achieve income targets through effective recruitment, marketing, and patient management.
- Lead and motivate a dynamic team of 7-15 colleagues.
- Drive business priorities through collaboration and effective communication.
- Market your practice proactively to attract new patients.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for all practice staff.
- Utilize Bupa products and services to maximize revenue.
- Be confident in using various software and communication tools.
- Previous dental experience is a plus, but we welcome applications from successful managers in other fields!

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours a week in our 8-surgery practice.
