Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry-leading patient care to ensure our patients receive the best experience.
  • Monitor and plan to achieve income targets through effective recruitment, marketing, and patient management.
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic team of 7-15 colleagues.
  • Drive business priorities through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Market your practice proactively to attract new patients.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes for all practice staff.
  • Utilize Bupa products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Be confident in using various software and communication tools.
  • Previous dental experience is a plus, but we welcome applications from successful managers in other fields!

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours a week in our 8-surgery practice.
