Your Role

As a Practice Manager, you will be the backbone of our success, driving the practice forward while supporting our dedicated team. You’ll have the autonomy to manage day-to-day operations and the opportunity to plan for a successful future. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care that sets industry standards.
• Monitor and plan to achieve income targets through effective recruitment, marketing, and patient management.
• Lead and motivate a team of 7-15 colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Drive business priorities through proactive marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes for all practice staff.
• Utilize Bupa products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Communicate effectively using various software and platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from successful managers in other sectors.
• A passion for leading teams and driving business success.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in using technology.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours a week in our 8-surgery practice.
