Your Role and Responsibilities
As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team of therapy professionals, including psychologists and other specialists.
- Facilitating regular management supervision in line with Priory policy, ensuring a supportive environment for all team members.
- Maintaining a balanced approach with reduced patient-facing clinical hours to focus on line management responsibilities.
- Providing guidance on clinical issues, managing risks, and addressing complex patient needs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the resilience to navigate the challenges of addiction recovery. Your natural empathy will be invaluable in supporting our patients through their journeys.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a registered healthcare professional with HCPC or an accredited psychotherapist with BACP, BABCP, or UKCP.
- Have substantial experience in addiction services and a deep understanding of therapeutic roles in mental health settings.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities, with experience in a commercial environment.
