We know that our work can be both rewarding and challenging, so resilience is key! Your natural empathy will shine as you support others through their journeys. The ideal candidate will:
- Be a registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or an accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP).
- Possess strong leadership skills to guide a diverse therapy team.
- Have a solid understanding of therapy roles in mental health and experience in management supervision.
