Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham

Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a major Water Treatment Works upgrade project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to:

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages, and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement.
• Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts, and cashflow reports.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented.
• Oversee change control processes, ensuring variations and contractual entitlements are agreed promptly.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting high standards of commercial management and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• You have commercial experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, ideally with MEICA exposure.
• You are self-motivated and ambitious, with a genuine desire to learn and progress your career.
• You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, confidently engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• You hold a full driving license.
