Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing project profitability through strategic contract management. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results across various sectors, including education, health, and defense.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial resources to maximize planned gross margin and project profitability.
- Appoint subcontractors and place orders for materials and plant within delegated authorities.
- Measure and value work to support invoicing of customers and payment to suppliers.
- Lead and motivate the project’s commercial staff to foster collaborative relationships.
- Assess, control, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while implementing risk management policies.
