Salary: Up to £50,329 depending on experience

Hours: Full Time / 37.5 Hours

Your Role

As a Ward Manager, you will be an integral part of a compassionate team focused on enhancing the wellbeing of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and overseeing the daily operations of our Eating Disorder Unit.
  • Leading and supporting the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Managing staffing, compliance, and fostering a positive, safe environment for both patients and colleagues.
  • Embodying our leadership behaviours that drive a high-performing culture and exceptional care outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Mental Health Nurse with at least two years of leadership experience.
  • Skilled in supervising nursing or care staff.
  • Committed to continuing professional development (CPD).
  • A trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willing to achieve this).
  • Computer literate and eager to undertake further training in clinical, leadership, and management.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a clinical environment.
