Join Our Team as a Lead DBT Therapist!

At Priory Hospital Roehampton, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead DBT Therapist to join our compassionate team. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours) where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.

Your Role
As the Lead DBT Therapist, you will:
- Lead and develop the DBT program, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based clinical practice.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the DBT team, collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver and oversee DBT interventions, including individual therapy and skills-based group work.
- Support the assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and risk management of patients with complex mental health needs.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, contributing to clinical reviews and service improvement.
- Help develop DBT-informed practices across the service through training and collaborative working.
- Promote a compassionate, recovery-focused therapeutic environment.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who is resilient, empathetic, and ready to face the challenges of this rewarding role. The ideal candidate will:
- Have completed Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Foundation Training accredited by British Isles DBT Training.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of DBT theory and practice, with the ability to apply this in a clinical setting.
- Be committed to ongoing professional development, including progression to Intensive DBT training.
- Have a primary background as either a CBT Therapist or an Integrative Therapist.
