Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Sub-Agent to join our dynamic KierBAM team at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. This is your chance to be part of a key contractor that has been shaping the future of civil engineering since 2012!

Working Hours

42.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sub-Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing all assigned project areas to ensure safe and quality delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with site management, technical specialists, commercial staff, and client representatives.
  • Leading, supervising, and mentoring your team while upholding high standards in health and safety.
  • Monitoring project delivery against agreed programmes and construction methods, identifying issues, and devising mitigation plans.
  • Managing commercial forecasting and reporting, while fostering strong relationships with clients, designers, and the supply chain.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a Degree or HND in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have a CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager certification.
  • You possess a valid SSSTS qualification.
  • You have demonstrable experience and performance at Section Engineer level.
  • You’re passionate about maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and environmental awareness.
