Salary: £40,040 per year

About Us
Located in the welcoming residential area of Earlsheaton, West Yorkshire, Priory Hospital Dewsbury specializes in level 2 rehabilitation services. We provide care for male patients with mental health disorders, offering neuropsychiatry support, assistance for older adults and those with dementia, as well as community-focused rehabilitation.
While we are not a 24/7 acute hospital, we excel in providing a supportive environment for patients transitioning from acute settings, ensuring they receive the care they need in a therapeutic atmosphere.
Your Role
As our Deputy Ward Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and guiding individuals on their recovery journeys. You will:
- Support the leadership and daily management of the ward.
- Collaborate with the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team to uphold high standards of clinical care.
- Enhance patient experiences and foster a motivated, skilled workforce.
- Seize the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and influence service delivery.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is resilient, empathetic, and ready to embrace the challenges of this rewarding role. Your qualifications should include:
- Active Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (RMN qualified)
- Trained Assessor/Supervisor
- Clinical Supervision experience (essential), with training being desirable
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development and a commitment to ongoing growth
- Good computer skills
