The Role
- Deliver comprehensive small-animal care, including wellness, internal medicine, dermatology, and senior-pet services
- Perform general soft-tissue surgery and routine dental procedures
- Interpret diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records and uphold safety and controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, team-based patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership on quality, workflow, and protocol improvements
- Participate in rounds, case discussions, and ongoing training

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligibility for California veterinary license
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary practice preferred; strong medical, surgical, and dental skills
- Excellent communication, client education, and teamwork abilities
