Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of our projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading the commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages, and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement.
• Preparing and managing valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts, and cashflow reports.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Overseeing change control processes and ensuring timely agreement of variations and contractual entitlements.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, promoting high standards of commercial management and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• You have commercial experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, ideally with MEICA exposure.
• You are self-motivated and ambitious, eager to learn and advance your career.
• You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• You hold a Full driving licence.
