Location & Hours
Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when we chat!)

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of our projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading the commercial management of project sections, subcontract packages, and supplier accounts from procurement to final account settlement.
- Preparing and managing valuations, applications for payment, monthly cost forecasts, and cashflow reports.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Overseeing change control processes and ensuring timely agreement on variations and contractual entitlements.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, promoting high standards of commercial management and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- You have commercial experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, ideally with MEICA exposure.
- You’re self-motivated and ambitious, eager to learn and progress in your career.
- You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You hold a full driving license.
