Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing the commercial resources for major regional projects in sectors such as education, health, and defence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing planned gross margin and project profitability through effective resource management.
- Appointing subcontractors and placing orders for materials and plant within your delegated authority.
- Measuring and valuing work to support invoicing and payments.
- Leading and motivating the project’s commercial staff to foster collaborative relationships.
- Assessing, controlling, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks while implementing risk management policies.

- Have excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chains.
- Possess strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively.
