Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Stannah is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join our dedicated out of hours team in Dartford!

As a key player in our organization, you will work 30 hours per week outside of our core Monday to Friday operating hours, ensuring we provide exceptional business support 24/7. This role includes evening, night, and weekend shifts, with bank holidays shared among team leaders on a rota basis.

Your Role

In this pivotal position, you will manage a small but mighty team that supports our extensive network of Service Branches, delivering outstanding service to our valued customers outside regular working hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your team to deliver services with professionalism and pride.
• Overseeing team performance, attendance, and conducting regular reviews to identify training and development needs.
• Maintaining open communication with customers and effectively resolving complaints.
• Scheduling activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participating in regular team meetings to foster collaboration and improvement.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience managing a team in a similar environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Management or equivalent (desirable).
• NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service or equivalent (desirable).
