Join Our Team as an Escalator Engineer!

Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations)
Hours: 7:00 – 19:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with a 45-minute unpaid break)
Salary: Up to £75,000 (including OTE) based on skills and experience, with paid door-to-door travel.

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a variety of high-profile escalator systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations throughout your London patch.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and callouts on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care.
• Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards during every visit.

Your work will involve servicing and repairing a wide range of escalators and moving walkways, including KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment. This role is fast-paced and technical, requiring strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical systems.

Covering all of Greater London, with additional work at Gatwick and Stansted Airport stations, you’ll be focused on transport infrastructure without the need for extensive regional travel. What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways.
• Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
