Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a knack for lift installations? Do you have a passion for delivering projects that are not only high-quality but also safe and on time? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team at Stannah!
As a Lift Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing lift installation projects from the initial planning stages all the way to successful completion. Your proactive and customer-focused approach will ensure that every project meets our high standards of safety and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to company and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness.
- Conduct site inspections and project reviews to ensure installation quality and subcontractor performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- NVQ3 in Installing Lifts
- A Project Management qualification
- An understanding of relevant Lift and Building Standards
Working Conditions
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
