Salary: £28,950 per annum

At Priory Hospital Newbury, located in the beautiful Berkshire region, we are dedicated to supporting male adults with mental health needs on their journey back to community living. Our facility features a 12-bed Rehabilitation and Recovery ward and an 18-bed Acute Ward, providing essential care for those in crisis. With excellent transport links, we are easily accessible for both staff and patients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital member of our team, you will work across both the Rehabilitation and Recovery ward and the Acute Ward. Your role will be instrumental in patient recovery, focusing on the assessment and delivery of personalized treatment plans while ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and respect.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing and responding to client referrals, crafting effective, person-centered therapy plans.
  • Delivering individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
  • Managing a caseload while maintaining regular communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Keeping accurate clinical records, reports, and case notes.
  • Providing guidance to colleagues and contributing to audits, research, and service improvements.
  • Collaborating as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure high-quality client care.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Essential Qualifications:
A relevant Master’s degree and a recognized postgraduate qualification, along with accreditation from a professional institution (BABCP, BCP, BPS or equivalent).
