Our Aerosols and Promotional Packaging Europe Business designs and manufactures a wide range of innovative metal packaging products for some of the world's largest and most-respected companies.

Crown Europe's factory in Carlisle (UK) is looking for a Production Engineer, working a treble shift pattern. The James Street Factory has 12 production lines, producing in excess of 24 million tins per year.

Applications are invited from those with appropriate skills and who are enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible and committed to quality and continuous improvement.

You will be a time served mechanical engineer, Level 3 or equivalent, with at least 5 years' hands on experience. You must be results driven and able to work on your own initiative, in a flexible manner.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a hands on role with responsibility for day to day running of plant and machinery.

With this position, training will be given to the successful candidate in order to maximize their contribution to the factory and to further their own personal development.
