Security Culture and Awareness Lead

You will be responsible for raising the awareness of information security across their (very) large and (very) diverse userbase. The position will involve creating and rolling out training; writing and distributing newsletters, running simulated phishing attacks, and ensuring security is at the forefront of the company's internal communications strategy.

They want people who will criticize the way they do things, and use that as a springboard to improve (out of the box thinking very much encouraged).

The requirements:

• Experience building up a security awareness strategy and leading its implementation.
• Experience communicating across large, global organizations.
• An understanding of information security (you don't need to be technical, but you need an awareness of how it all works).
• Experience running phishing tests.
• Excellent communication skills.
