Your Role in the SMR Division

In this unique role, you’ll experience:

• No emergency callouts or unpredictable shift patterns.
• A clear digital schedule with pre-booked jobs, allowing you to focus on quality work.
• Working in your local area, covering places like Holloway, Islington, and Camden.

What You’ll Do

Your day will be filled with:

• Routine servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections.
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
