Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members, whether at their driveway or workplace car park.

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

• Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with the potential to earn up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime.
• Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt for extra rest days at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could boost your earnings by £3,000 annually!
• Structured Work Hours: Enjoy a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Adventure

Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:

• Routine servicing
• Advanced diagnostics
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice based on inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and tool set at your disposal, you’ll be ready to get people moving safely and confidently!

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
