As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met, all while driving operational success.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your focus will be on:

• Coaching and supporting your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Managing fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards.
• Ensuring our guests receive an unforgettable experience, especially during our busy intake days on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be hands-on in ensuring your team meets key tasks and objectives.
• Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
• Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.

Areas of Focus

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support various venues, including:

Buffets

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
• Oversee food quality and timely replenishment.
• Coach your team to deliver exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Reduce queues and ensure efficient service.
• Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Ensure a friendly, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Coach the team on upselling and guest interactions.
• Monitor service flow and checkbacks for guest satisfaction.

Splash Pool

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a welcoming environment for guests.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Supervise team members and promote guest participation.
• Ensure all activities are safe and enjoyable.

What We’re Looking For
