About the Role

Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests!

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest enjoys their stay at Butlin’s. Your journey will begin with our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery.

As you grow in your role, you’ll have the chance to dive into larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes adventures. You’ll also lend a hand to our accommodation team, preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to engage with guests and collaborate with different teams!

Our resorts are buzzing seven days a week, so flexibility is key, including evenings and weekends.

No sports coaching background? No problem! What truly matters is your can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.
