About the Role
At Butlin's, we believe in the power of getting involved, and that's exactly what this role embodies! As a Team Member Plus, you won't be confined to just one department. Instead, you'll be a vital part of our resort, supporting various teams and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

No two days will be the same! Your week will kick off with cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the rest of your time will be spent in exciting areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Buffets, Bars & Shops
• The Fairground

Sometimes, you may even find yourself working in more than one of these areas!

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning new skills and collaborating with others. No prior experience is necessary — what truly matters is your positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' lives.

When you join us, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and a buddy to help you settle in. If you’re aiming for a career in hospitality, this role offers fantastic hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.

If you have any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification

The Details

• Full-time role
• 30-35 hours per week, spread across 5 days out of 7
• Includes evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation available for those relocating
• Must be over 18
