Working Hours

40 hours per week (08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade, you will be an integral part of our maintenance team, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Your daily tasks will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and improvement works.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant equipment.
• Installing new equipment as required.
• Completing all job packs, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Utilizing IT systems, including tablets and apps, to enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You are a qualified plumber with commercial and M&E experience.
• You hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• You have relevant business experience.
• You are proactive and capable of identifying and reporting faults and issues.
