Sports Coach - Team Member Plus

In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Your journey will start with our core leisure activities like archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in your role, you’ll have the chance to lead larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes adventures.

Additionally, you’ll lend a hand to our accommodation team, preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.

No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is key, including evenings and weekends.

We’re searching for energetic and positive individuals who are excited to engage with guests and bring activities to life. If you love getting involved, learning new skills, and creating fun, memorable experiences, we want to hear from you!

While a sports coaching background is a plus, it’s not essential. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for making our guests’ moments special.
