About the Role

In this dynamic position, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Your journey will begin with our core leisure activities, such as:

• Archery
• Pottery painting

As you build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery, you’ll progress to larger-scale activities and sports, including:

• Football academy sessions
• High ropes courses

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll also support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests, especially on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. With no two days being the same, you’ll gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re searching for energetic and positive individuals who love interacting with guests and bringing activities to life. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning new skills, and be dedicated to creating fun and engaging experiences.

While a sports coaching background is a plus, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for crafting memorable moments for our guests. You’ll be a team player who embraces variety in your role and is excited about growth opportunities—from smaller activities to larger sports and adventure-based roles.
