About the Role
At Butlin's, we believe in the power of getting involved, and as a Team Member Plus, that's exactly what you'll do! This dynamic role allows you to work across various departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

No two days will be the same! Your week will include:

• Cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
• Engaging in exciting areas like sports & activities, restaurants, quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground throughout the rest of the week
• Flexibility to work in multiple areas as needed

Interested in learning while you work? We offer apprenticeships in:

• Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2
• Frontline Cleaner Level 2
• Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning new skills and collaborating with others. No prior experience is necessary; what truly matters is your positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for enhancing our guests' experiences.

If you’re aiming for a career in hospitality, this role offers fantastic hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. If you have any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification

The Details

• Full-time role: 30-35 hours per week
• Schedule: Worked across 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation: Available for those relocating
• Age requirement: Must be over 18
