About the Role

In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic stay. As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by engaging work in other areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And if you hold any of the following qualifications—FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH Personal License—we’d love to hear from you!

No two days will ever be the same! You’ll engage with guests and collaborate with a diverse team, all while enhancing your hospitality skills. If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas.

Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be 18 or older to apply. Plus, if you’re relocating, live-in accommodation may be available!
