Your Role as an RAC Mobile Mechanic

As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers—wherever they may be! From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one with:

• Your own RAC van
• Fuel card

• Diagnostic kit

Key Qualities:

• You enjoy variety in your work—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
• You think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
