Your New Role...

Join us at De Lane Lea, where we collaborate with leading filmmakers and studios to deliver top-notch post-production for feature films and high-end television. We’re on the lookout for a talented Post Producer to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that every production receives unparalleled service and creative excellence.

As the crucial link between our clients and specialized post-production teams, you’ll coordinate talent, technology, and workflows to achieve outstanding results while fostering trusted relationships with some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Manage feature films and episodic television projects, ensuring smooth operations and a first-class customer experience.
• Understand and oversee all deliverable requirements, including technical specifications and quality control workflows.
• Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, actively contributing to the sales process.
• Coordinate schedules for creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture department.
• Present and manage workflows to key clients, including during pre-production meetings.

Qualifications & Experiences...

• Proven experience as a Post Producer or Post Production Manager on studio-level features and high-end TV dramas.
• In-depth knowledge of post-production processes and industry-standard deliverables for feature films and episodic television.
• Exceptional client handling skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships, as well as generating new business.
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Employment Contracts, and Health and Safety regulations.
• Understanding of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, and guidelines, including Health & Safety protocols.

Working Conditions...

This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the workplace. Please note that WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
