As a Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Branch Business Plan. Your leadership will oversee:

• PPM performance
• LOLER defect management
• Call-out responsiveness
• First-time fix rates
• Overall margin contribution

You will champion our company values, ensuring that our service delivery reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Your Role

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Manage and support our Field workforce and subcontractors
• Prioritize Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and risk management
• Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, conveying complex technical information clearly

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into management or a seasoned manager eager to inspire a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with our values and safety standards.

Location: Bristol Service Branch (with travel across the region)
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45, Friday 08:00-15:45

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan Engineers' workloads
• Manage team absence, performance, and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements
• Carry out regular site monitoring
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and complaints
• Manage credit control logs and CRM

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry is essential
• Relevant technical or management qualifications are desirable
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering is a plus
