As a Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Branch Business Plan. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently planning Engineers' workloads
• Managing team performance, absence, and appraisals
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures, including conducting risk assessments
• Regularly monitoring sites to maintain high standards
• Building strong relationships with customers and addressing their queries
• Maintaining credit control logs and CRM systems

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into management or a seasoned manager eager to inspire a team committed to exceptional service and safety standards.

You will be based at our Warrington Service Branch, with travel across the North West, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
Friday: 08:00 - 15:45

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service sector is essential
• Relevant technical or management qualifications are desirable
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering is a plus
