Hours: 24 hours per week + On-call duties one weekday and one weekend a month

In this role, you will also participate in our out-of-hours on-call service one weekday a week and one weekend a month (included in salary). Therefore, having a driving license and access to your own transport is essential.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Planning and organizing care schedules effectively
• Being punctual and flexible in your approach
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working confidently both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding the nuances of the care sector

Essential Skills:

• Experience in the Health and Social Care Sector
• Hands-on care experience
• Familiarity with care plans (full training will be provided on writing needs and risk assessments)

Experience Required:
