About the Role

Your primary mission? To keep our guests safe and happy! As a lifeguard, you’ll:

• Monitor pool activities with a keen eye for detail.
• Engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable experiences.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a lifeguard qualification yet! We’re here to support you by providing the necessary training, including the NPLQ course, to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need:

• A strong swimming ability and fantastic attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and gain your NPLQ qualification if you don’t already have it.
• The ability to work both as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, as our business operates 7 days a week.
