As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and compliance across the department.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operational plans and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coaching your team to meet key targets, such as upselling and promotions.
• Conducting audits to maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
• Monitoring guest experiences and capturing feedback to drive improvements.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be hands-on in ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
• Champion food safety and hygiene standards in our restaurants.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Coach and develop your team to enhance service quality.
• Drive upselling of starters, desserts, and beverages.
• Celebrate team successes and foster a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance checks.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints effectively.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your role may require additional support outside of these days based on operational needs.
