About the Role

Join our vibrant team as a lifeguard, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in our Splash Waterworld! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you’ll not only safeguard our guests but also promote and run engaging poolside activities, creating unforgettable experiences. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Strong swimming skills: You should be a confident swimmer, ready to monitor the pool during busy times.
• Attention to detail: Your vigilance will help ensure the safety of our guests.
• Team player: You’ll work alongside a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.
• Flexibility and reliability: Our business operates 7 days a week, so being punctual and dependable is essential.

If you have a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you! If not, we’re excited to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification.
