Join Our Team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld!

Are you ready to dive into an exciting role at one of the busiest and most thrilling places on our resort? At Splash Waterworld, you’ll be surrounded by exhilarating flumes, high-speed slides, and joyful guests making unforgettable memories. As a Lifeguard, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time while keeping safety a top priority.

Your Role

This isn’t just a sit-and-stare position. You’ll be:

• Supervising the slides and wave pool
• Running engaging poolside activities
• Creating memorable moments for our guests
• Building real connections with families and individuals

At Butlin’s, every day is unique! Whether you’re welcoming families during school holidays or hosting guests on our adult-only Big Weekenders, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that keeps the fun flowing all year round.

Key Details

• Full-time role: 35 hours per week
• Schedule: 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
• Accommodation: Live-in options available for those relocating

About You

We’re on the lookout for energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in a lively environment. You should:

• Be a strong and confident swimmer
• Be aged 18 or over
• Have excellent awareness and attention to detail
• Be confident in responding to emergency situations

No NPLQ? No problem! If you have the right attitude and strong swimming skills, we’ll support you in obtaining your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification before you start.
