Your Responsibilities

As an Engineer – Drainage and Water, you will play a crucial role in our Design team, delivering compliant and sustainable solutions. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Deliver high-quality outputs: Take ownership of assigned tasks within work packages.
• Apply design standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality processes.
• Manage tasks effectively: Keep projects on track regarding programme and budget, while proactively addressing issues.
• Collaborate: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Share knowledge: Contribute to team development and mentor early-career engineers.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have proven technical competence in Drainage & Water engineering, with experience across various sectors.
• You can work independently, taking ownership of your technical outputs while supporting broader project goals.
• You consistently apply relevant design standards, regulations, and quality processes.
• You understand programme, budget, and risk considerations, and know when to escalate issues.
• You hold a full driving licence and are open to travel as needed.
