Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park

Hours:

40 hours per week

Your Role:

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our buildings. You’ll primarily be based at Oaks Park High School, while also providing support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems.
• Perform minor installation works, refurbishments, and system adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities.
• Participate in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support.
