As a Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Branch Business Plan. You’ll oversee key performance metrics such as PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call-out responsiveness, first-time fix rates, and overall margin contribution. Your leadership will embody our company values, ensuring our service delivery reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Your Role:

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Efficiently plan engineers' workloads.
• Manage team performance, absence, and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements.
• Carry out regular site monitoring.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and complaints.
• Manage credit control logs and CRM.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to step into management or for a seasoned manager eager to inspire a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with our values and safety standards.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
• Relevant technical or management qualifications are desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering.

Working Conditions:

You will be based at our Warrington Service Branch, with travel across the North West expected. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday and Friday until 12:45 PM.
