As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and high standards across our departments.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for:

• Driving daily operational plans and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibly covering accommodation primarily on Mondays and Fridays, with additional support as needed throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
• Conduct audits and monitor compliance across various departments.
• Drive add-on sales and ensure stock availability for guests.
• Capture guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and support team development throughout the employee lifecycle.

Focus Areas

As part of the wider resort leadership team, you will also support operational excellence in:

Buffets

• Championing food safety and hygiene standards.
• Creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Overseeing food quality and bay replenishment.
• Coaching your team to deliver exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

• Driving sales and enhancing guest interactions.
• Reducing queues and ensuring efficient service.
• Maintaining strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Delivering a warm dining experience and exceptional service.
• Coaching the team on upselling and guest engagement.
• Ensuring effective checkbacks to enhance guest satisfaction.

Splash

• Supervising pool operations and ensuring safety standards.
• Delivering a friendly environment for guests.
• Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Sports & Activities

• Planning and delivering engaging sports and activities.
• Supervising team members and ensuring guest participation.
• Maintaining health and safety standards during activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach your team.
• Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance.
• Experience in guest-facing roles and handling queries or complaints.
• A knack for generating sales and promoting initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications

For specific areas, we also require:

• Splash: NPQL or equivalent qualification and experience in a swimming pool environment.
• Sports & Activities: Experience in a sports, leisure, or activity environment.
