Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Registered Manager, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Lead staff practice and drive continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards.
• Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
• Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Leadership and Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
• Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Standards Act 2000.
• Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
