• Salary: £29,245 per annum

Your Role as Room Leader

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Lead the room in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Role model best practices and foster staff development and consistency.
• Oversee high-quality learning records and systems (EyLog/EyMan).
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and EYFS compliance at all times.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification.
• Essential: Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years.
• Desirable: Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.
• Essential: Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
• Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
