Your Role

As a Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between local authorities, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing referrals from local authorities and ensuring placements are matched according to children's needs.
• Using your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
• Building positive relationships through effective communication, both written and face-to-face.
• Collaborating with colleagues within and outside the agency to ensure the best outcomes for children.

What We’re Looking For

We seek individuals who are:

• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Possessing excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective communicators with the ability to develop strong relationships.
• Experienced in the children's services sector (preferred but not essential).

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sheffield office. You will be part of a dedicated team that has earned an Outstanding rating from Ofsted, and you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.
