About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to keep a watchful eye on our guests, ensuring their safety in the pool and on the flumes. This role requires:

• Superb Attention to Detail: Your vigilance will help maintain a safe environment.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Poolside Activities: Promote and run fun activities that enhance our guests' enjoyment.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ certification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Strong Swimming Skills: You must be a confident swimmer to monitor the pool effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye will help ensure safety during busy times.
• Team Player: While you’ll work alongside a fantastic team, there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.
• Flexibility and Reliability: Our business operates 7 days a week, so punctuality and adaptability are essential.
